Giant Steps | Improv Review

All that jazz! An improv show that hits all the right notes.

Giant Steps is a fusion of improv comedy and live jazz, where performers and musicians inspire each other to create a one-of-a-kind improvised show.

Created by Max Dickins and Conor Jatter, Giant Steps features a rotating ensemble of top talent from hit improv shows like Showstoppers and Austentatious, plus the best up-and-coming music talent.

The show is electric and has a distinctive driving rhythm throughout, ebbing and flowing between music and scenes. The experienced performers create a menagerie of quality scenes with quick wit, excellent characters and hilarious callbacks.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Giant Steps on several occasions at Hoopla and Soho Theatre, and the company have delivered every time.

Giant Steps are breaking new ground on the improv scene with this inventive format. An original show, well worth a watch.
